THIS AUTUMN & CHRISTMAS REVERSIBLE TABLE RUNNER IS BEAUTIFUL! HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO MAKE IT:
- 1/3 yard of Thanksgiving Fabric
- 1/3 yard of Christmas Fabric
- Basic Sewing Supplies
Autumn & Christmas Reversible Table Runner – Step 1
This is a quick and easy project. First you will need some nice fall fabric and Christmas fabric. How long and wide you want your table runner to be will be up to you. Do you want it the length of your table? 1/2 of your table? Just a square in the middle of your table? So you must determine that. Then cut the same length and width from your fall fabric and your Christmas fabric. Then you must determine how you want the ends of your runner to look. Do you want it rounded? If so, try using a dinner plate at the end to make it round. I wanted mine pointed. To do that, fold the ends in to form a point and cut the fabric at the angle as shown in the photo.

Now that your fabric pieces are ready, pin both pieces PRETTY SIDES together matching ends. Leave a 5″ opening on one side. Stitch 1/4″ seam around the outer edge. Don’t forget to leave the opening for later.

Finally you are going to clip corners and trim seams of your runner making sure not to cut the seam. Then turn your table runner pretty sides out. Hand sew you opening that you left closed and press your table runner out.
You are now finished your reversible Thanksgiving and Christmas Table Runner and it is ready to go onto your table!
