Create these easy to make, no sewing involved decorative snowballs. They are made from white yarn that you have lying around the house or scraps of fabric that you have. I love the way they add to any of my winter decor!

THESE SNOWBALLS MAKE A GREAT ADDITION TO YOUR WINTER DECORATIONS! HERE IS WHAT WE USED TO MAKE THEM:
Winter Decor: Make Snowballs Out of Yarn – Step 1
Start by wrapping the yarn around your hand.

Then slip the yarn off your hand and start wrapping the yarn around the ball in the opposite direction. Continue wrapping in all different directions until the ball is to your desired thickness.

Lastly to finish off your snowball cut the end of the yarn and tuck it into your snowball. Continue this for as many snowballs as you would like.

Begin by thinning out strips of your scraps of fabric. Or, if you have a bigger piece of fabric and want a rougher look you can cut a slit into the end of the fabric and rip strips.

Next you are going to tie your strips of fabric together. After that continue on just like the steps above for making a snowball out of yarn.
You can now make as many snowballs in all different sizes and textures that you would like! I hope you have a fun time creating these quick and simple snowballs and displaying them in your home this winter!
